Payment Options

All payments on PixlVape.com are securely processed through Trust Payments, a trusted UK gateway known for industry-leading encryption and fraud protection. We accept all major debit and credit cards, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.

Payments are accepted in any card currency and automatically converted at the current exchange rate. To ensure your transaction is successful, please do not close your browser window until you are redirected to our official order confirmation page.

UK Delivery Information

We offer free delivery across the UK, with service levels varying slightly depending on your location.

Mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales)

Enjoy FREE Next Working Day Delivery via DPD, no matter how much you spend:

- Courier: DPD

- Delivery Time: Next Working Day

- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day

- Weekend Orders: To receive your order by Monday (if it’s a working day), please order by 7:00pm Friday

- Tracking: Full tracking details are emailed upon dispatch

Northern Ireland

We provide FREE Royal Mail 2 Working Day Delivery on orders £20 and over:

- Courier: Royal Mail

- Delivery Time: Within 2 working days

- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day

- Tracking: Provided where available

All delivery timeframes refer to working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busier periods such as public holidays or promotions, some delays may occur, though we always aim to communicate any disruptions in advance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to help you monitor your delivery from dispatch to doorstep.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Our returns process is straightforward and compliant with UK consumer law, while also considering the safety and hygiene of vape-related products.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be sealed in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Once received and inspected by our team, we’ll issue a refund. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the item to help us assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any delivery costs, at no extra charge. If a fault develops within 60 days of receiving a hardware item, you may still be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened e-liquids, used coils, pods, or drip tips unless they are faulty upon first use.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email info@pixl.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and, where necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). You’ll need to return your items using a tracked postal service and keep proof of postage. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
